what actually parking staff (NEXUS)charge are rs 10 for 0-2 hrs and 15-20 rs for 4 hrs,this
"TINY 5rs loot" though seems small leads to lacs of BLACK money laundering annually.how it happens?
*rs 5 sometimes 10 extra from each vehicle parking*500-1000 vehicle per day=2500-5000-10000
which sums up to 1000000-1825000-3650000.
if we try to ask for exact payment,change even if we give rs-5 for less than 2 hrs,they start arguing,brawl sometimes even abuse,use vulgar languages at payee.there is big NeXUS between these parking lot guys and rail staff.
I tried contact some traffic police in arena and RPF but they decline to act.

comparatively parking staff at second entrance are OK,if we ask for change they give back most of the time

RPF and traffic police wont do anything .They also have share in that. Try to post in facebook of Bangalore traffic police page as well . chances of taking charge against those traffic cops

saving 1000000-3650000 rs annually and spending those funds on
- installation of ATVMs,
-coin operated platform ticket machines,
-extra counters for quicker issual of pf,gnl and UTS tickets ,
-more amenities for passengers and commoners...

-toilets,waiting rooms,eat outs and f&b outlets at various pfs
-others- bank atms and facilities for senior citizen and phc people
will make IR more convenient for people

Even i have observed this.
Back entry also have similar prob. They are charging 20 for car for 0-2 hrs and even they have a board to show that. Its looks fake to me.
Same at YPR as well.
Please raise it in PGportal or mail to anil kumar agarwal.
