Scr asking to divisions is there any possible to run with 23 LHB coaches
In BZA division there is no possible to run with 23 coaches due to some safety related issues .

RB has sent to division for now running them for 23 mostly it is feasible to operate there are many trains passing by with 23 coaches and CDOs and pitlines of COA are capable to take 23 LHB coaches

I got this information from SCR HQ mark my words both Trains runs with 22 LHB Only
Good news Ndls- asr / jat route clear now 12013shatabdi goes with original route but delayed by 40-50 minutes

This train overtaking Goa itself is hard to digest. They have literally destroyed Goa express. All other state named SFs given aggressive TT in NZM ET section except Goa express.
But one thing is that, although many times train is rescheduled yet arrives UBL by 6.30AM
