As steel city express departs at 600 new train from Tatanagar should be at 700 to reach by 1100 and return at 1700 to reach 2100. Sufficient gap of an hour should be maintained at both ends with steel city express.

IR needs to bifurcate as
1. IFRCL = Indian Freight Railway Corporation Limited, who will run, operate, supervise & see the Freight Rail Sector.
2. IPTCL = Indian Passenger Trains Corporation Limited, who will run, operate supervise & see the Passenger Train Sector.
This will save hassles of controlling both Freight & Passenger Sectors for Indian Railways.
