I boarded Visakhapatnam Bhubaneswar Vande Bharat with Platform ticket. Went to drop by brother travelling to Vijayanagaram. Distance 60km Fare Rs 435 ( catering charge Rs 35) way expensive. When you give halts every 60km and want people to board the train the min fare km and fares should also be kept low. I think min fare km in ACC is 125km. They should change fare structure of ACC class from 50km upto 200km to be competitive with road sector for Normal trains and VB. AC buses charge Rs 2-3 perkm depending on route and bus type. For 200km VB fare is 600 without catering fare which is equivalent to premium AC bus fare.

According to some news, NDLS station will be closed for 4 years. So all east bound train will be operated from ANVT. Is there any possibility that 12801/02 will go to Delhi Jn instead of ANVT?. Because I feel that some trains like purushottam, shiv ganga, prayagraj express, Lucknow mail and many other trains like these have high importance and should connect till main delhi instead of anvt.

I don't think that Delhi Junction can be a better Idea.
Only 8 platforms at Old Delhi can accommodate 22-24 coach trains.
There is no other alternative for North and West bound trains...

Only way is NDLS is partially closed and premium trains are retained there(VB, Rajdhani, Shatabdi) Rest to be shifted.Thatis something that is possible and realistic otherwise not possible
Yes. Because even Nizamuddin is packed and only few trains can be accommodate.
Not even a single train can be shifted there.Even for VB Mahakoshal was ruined/Barbaad.Imagine what will happen if load is shifted.NDLS renovation can be only possible after 5 years only and only when all terminal's are developed properly
