Very doubtful. SER will not regularise these special trains. Only till Jharkhand election these spl trains will continue then stop i think.
HWH-ADRA Shiromoni exp and HWH-BHC Baghajatin Exp is now having RSA.
I traveled couple of times in this train b/w KGP-HWH. Decent train to travel. Not many stops plus is relatively empty. At the same time, Ghatsila-HWH comes which is filled beyond capacity.
TT of HOWRAH-ADRA Shiromoni Exp should be changed from 17:50 pm to 15:00pm from HWH and PM of rake of Shiromoni Exp and Bhaghajatin Exp should be shifted to Adra CDO. Also this will reduce 1 rake of this RSA.

Isse achha Sahibganj/Malda town se Gaya ke liye chala deta. Malda Town se Gaya ke liye shortest route via Bhagalpur-Jamalpur hai
