But I Must Say It Ain't A Bad Train. But The Train Is Dealt In Bad Manner. It Runs Excellent. But Too Much Slack Spoils Its Average Speed. We Reached Farakka 55 Mins Before Time & Then Reached Malda Town 45 Mins Before Time...After Malda, Train Stopped Eklakhi Jn For Near About 30 Mins Due To Crossing With A Passenger Train. Still It Reached BLGT 5 Mins Before Train

During my journey from Howrah to Azimganj with my fellow Railfans, this train arrived at Katwa almost 15 min. before time, and finally at Azimganj around 31 minutes before time.

Maintenance is satisfactory, and cleaning staff do clean the train well during morning time.

You should get tickets in AC Coaches without much hassle, as not much crowd is there due to odd timings of the train on a end-to-end basis (night train is preferred).
