The 15904 Chandigarh-Dibrugarh Express derailed near Gonda in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, with around a dozen coaches derailing. The relief train departed from Gorakhpur late Thursday night and reached Muzaffarpur early Friday morning. Several passengers canceled their tickets upon learning about the accident, while others missed their train due to lack of information.
