It will be having poor occupancy considering the speed of Just a superfast express, passenger will prefer any Normal SF or passenger train over VB.
Can be used Mumbai 20646 + 22230. Almost 1.5 hr buffer that willl be decent. In reverse there's 5 hr buffer.
2 VB to reach Mumbai? Maybe a good choice for railfans with lot of money. Regular pax will prefer the comfort of AC2 over this.

The 3 day trains from Madgaon to Mumbai gets filledup a week in advance with WL and only left with tatkal booking on last day and better to book in direct train.
