Can I board the train (02928) at Dabhoi ? Dabhoi is a technical halt. This train halts at Dabhoi station or in a railway yard ?
To answer my own question : Most probably.
I was able to get off 02927 at Dabhoi. The train halts at the station.
So 02928 should halt at Dabhoi also.

You can get off anywhere that's not an issue.
But you CANNOT board a train at Technical Halt.
You can be marked as No Show if you're not shown boarding from your respective boarding point and your ticket might become invalid.
You can deboard easily.

Of course it's reversing, a passenger train always reverses at Station not at Yard 😂
Dabhoi is a compulsory halt for all trains coming from Kevadiya going towards Vadodara. Whether it's technical or commercial that's a different ball game altogether.
