the route of this train is wrong. intermediate station needs to be corrected.
Yes kalol and saij sertha road are not electrified and the MEMU runs on electric traction....so definitely there's a mistake here
yes it runs on electric traction and follows the route Gandhinagar Capital-Khodiyar-Chandlodiya-Sabarmati-Ahmedabad Same as 19306 GNC-INDB Shanti EXP.
The actual capital of Gujarat is Ahmedabad and not Gandhinagar.But still,Gandhinagar station is known as Capital Station.Why?
Ahmedabad is a big city,the 7th largest city in India and the largest city in Gujarat.
Gandhinagar is the eastern suburb of the city,where the government offices are located.It was located at the centre of the city until 1972.It is a very industrialized place.So,many fools considered that as a separate city and named Gandhinagar Railway Station as Gandhinagar Capital Railway Station.
