it may help many passenger who wish to connect trains at mumbai (From CR-WR ) as all south bound trains arrive at DR/CSTM/LTT n Majority of ADI bound train Dep from BDTS !!

This is train from CST-Andheri via Harbour line, but same rake continues the journey to Borivali..
Yes.This is the only train which connect CST and BVI. It runs on down slow line from Andheri since currently harbour lines terminates at Andheri itself. Currently harbour line is getting extended upto Borivali and soon enough more rakes will be plied from CST to BVI. Currently this local is operated by WR
Never travelled end to end... But I believe CST to Bandra rush will not be much... I think one should be able to travel with luggage... From bandra you get a seat in First Class generally in this train...

Rajkiran sir FC local also will be full like second class during peak times but in off peak times they will be free enough to sit and go..
The difference between 1st class and the 2nd class in mumbai Local is just the "odour" or I must say its the DEODRANT
u can get a seat in the 1st class during noon but not in 2nd class
for all those people who have not borne the brunt of Mumbai locals here's an experience of mine. a few months back I had boarded the 9.21 cst bound fast local from dombivali. already the train was filled to its capacity but since I was in a hurry to reach college, I had no options but to board it. I somehow managed to board it before it stopped completely stopped.. an exodus of people literally pressed like a sugarcane crusher. so great was the pressure that a calculator and a writing pad in my bag broke in to two. the agony didn't end there. a man unknowingly put his foot over mine and crushed my toe. tears welled up in my eyes but I had no options but to stand still. when I got down at ghatkopar my thumb of right leg was filled with...
