On a fine autumn morning, 02033 Kanpur Central - New Delhi Shatabdi Special approached Ghaziabad, looking for its parallel arrival partner 02581 Banaras - New Delhi SF Special, which was nowhere to be seen.

it met an unusual friend at GZB outer, 03257 Danapur - Anand Vihar Terminal Jansadharan Special. Shatabdi being a solitude creature, ignored DNR Jansadharan and went looking for its partner Banaras SF.

To its surprise, Kanpur Shatabdi found that Banaras SF had betrayed her that day, and was already standing at Ghaziabad. Initially, Kanpur Shatabdi thought it would let this one incident go as it was hoping for a parallel departure with Banaras SF, but betrayal had more in store for her. Banaras SF departed first and completely ignored CNB Shatabdi. DNR Jansadharan didn't spare her feelings either and went ahead.

Feeling utterly humiliated, Kanpur Shatabdi departed last from GZB. Seeking redemption of its reputation, CNB Shatabdi began to speed up through GZB's periphery and soon caught-up with Banaras SF. It went past Banaras SF marking the end of their long standing GZB affair.

Although Danapur Jansadharan had parted its way toward ANVT, Kanpur Shatabdi still decided to show what humiliation and rage looks like. CNB Shatabdi caught-up with DNR Jansadharan near Anand Vihar, and went past it furiously. Kanpur Shatabdi then took a sigh of relief, for it had redeemed her reputation. It went calmly toward New Delhi.

NTES par by mistake add huwa hai , bahot sare logo ne inform kiya hai , jald hi kuch hoga..OT ke liye trn halt leti hai but only 2 din halt liya ..

Recently Travelled in Muv to Ndls with special fare ...:(
But booked ticket after charting ...cab ka paisa nikl gya tha ....but tough to understand the reason of special fare even though occupancy in 2A is less then 10% and 3A is almost vacant may be less than 20%
Even I traveled in it due to some urgency otherwise...

As per TTE and running staff,due to high fare and travel time, people are avoiding 02581.
As per me IR should gives some offers instead of adding special fare they must reduce the fare 😉

For Kanpur 02581 has perfect timing so before Corona people used to do sleeper in it, but its now too costly. So either 2s or Shiv Ganga is preferred.
