gokulkrishnan711~ 32 blog postsIf a train is rescheduled by 5 hrs and if the passenger is not travelling, is he eligible for full refund even if his ticket is a tatkal ticket ? Do I have to file TDR ? I have TATKAL ticket for today's 16316 which is rescheduled by 5hrs 15mins. But I have to reach SBC by morning. So, travelling by this train is not an option now. Can anyone explain the rules ?

There are lots of daily office goers /passengers between Bangarapet -Bangalore and Blore-Bangarapet who use this train on daily basis.
I am sure they will also be pleasantly surprised on Mon morning to travel on such swanky new coaches !!!

Great to see 16316 with P4.
While even SWR trains were suffering from a shortage of P7s, this train used to have a confirmed KJM P7 link for some reason.

That train FYI, was supposed to reach WFD around 7-ish in the morning but reached very late due to rescheduling by 530hrs... horrible.. but got a chance for Rail-fanning....😄😄
They are giving HOG to non-eligible trains like KCG-MYS, Tippu and all
Off to Chennai to my Hospital's Mother Branch. Will be giving an internal there. There on would be going home for 2 days, So it's Bengaluru to Hyderabad via Chennai. Taking The SWR's Shatabdi to M.G.R Chennai Central.
