I have already made a dedicated video on this Humsafar Express for Dhenkanal stoppage & I have already set time table 20917 Indore-Puri Dhenkanal Arrival 15:37 & Departure 15:39 Return 20918 Puri-Indore Dhenkanal Arrival 2:47 & Departure 2:49 so no need to changed time table I hope Drm Khurda Road & his railway authority must be give stoppage at Dhenkanal railway station. If this Humsafar express stoppage at Dhenkanal then Dhenkanal to Indore connectivity will be open for Dhenkanal passgers ,save money & save timings. Still Dhenkanal passgers travel by forcefully using taxis paying 800-1200 Rupees per person or Using their own vehicle to travel Angul railway station. This train stoppage must suitable for Dhenkanal railway station . We will fulfill railway carteria selling Indore tour packages for Dhenkanal passgers they will easily afford
We will do protest if this Humsafar express train is not stop at Dhenkanal in 3 months we will fulfill our carteria why Western railways /DRM Ratlam doing discrimination against Dhenkanal railway station why if Bhubaneswar Rajdhani express stops at Dhenkanal then why this Humsafar express skipped Dhenkanal railway station

Yes, try that, sending letters to authorities will let them know, and who knows, maybe they will give stoppage on a experimental basis first then they'll convert to permanent halt.
It doesn't matter that train belongs to WR as Dhenkanal doesn't come under jurisdiction of WR so neither WR can support or oppose the halt at Dhenkanal it's your Khurda Road Division which is to be blamed for Not providing the halt at Dhenkanal
If any Ecor rake trains goes to howrah and if doesn't halt at Balasore then it's not Ecor fault it's SER ,KGP division fault for not providing halt as simple as that

This train can run almost full if made bifurcation at JSG/SBP/BBS to HWH.
Please give stoppage Dhenkanal railway station their is no trains between Dhenkanal to Indore
