Yesterday in 15707 Amrapali Express, Situation was too much bad.

Approx. 160 passengers in each sleeper coach and most of those are either UR ticket holders or with waitlisted tickets.

there in AC coaches but they did not bothered to visit sleeper coaches.

TTE came and charged 200 from each Unreserved ticket holding passenger and did not gave receipt to anyone, when some passengers asked, he simply told that they need to pay more then 500 for getting receipt. He took bribe from waitlisted passengers and allotted seats instead of allotting those seats to RAC passengers.

One person tried to record video then he simply refused his request.

I do not understand that why Railway is not able to stop corruption by TTE. even if he had charged 200 from 50 passengers each coach, he simply earned 100000 rupees in a single day in 10 coaches.

If Railway would have been sincere towards stopping corruption by there employees instead of giving super luxury facilities to the railway employees and playing victim card of running in loss then our country would not have been this much backward.

Came across your post late but this seems to be the situation in every long distance trains SL coaches now.
Saw a vlog in which similar situation exists in SL class.
Indian Railways have the responsibility to ensure the safety and comfort of only the reserved passengers travelling in the reserved coaches but here they are making sure that every tom dick and harry who wants to travel boards the train with not only WL but even a general class ticket. even go to the toilets properly. Total chaos created coz of the greed of Railway officials who wants to earn quick money through bribes. RPF are completely useless in this case looks like it's a whole damn organized Mafia of Railway officials to make big money through these small 200rs bribes.
Modiji introducing VB is all good but some attention needs to be given here too. On one hand we have comfortable premium class trains and on the other hand the SF and M/E trains which are the main workhorses of IR are totally neglected. I fear that after rake standardization even 3AC and 3ACE fate will be the same coz these officials will allow these things there too.
