For the convenience of the passengers, 15009/10 Gorakhpur - Mailani - Gorakhpur Express at Mohibullapur station on experimental basis till further orders as follows :

- 15009 Gorakhpur - Mailani Express running from Gorakhpur from October 28, 2023 will reach Mohibullapur station at 07.57 hrs and leave at 07.59 hrs .

Many folks board from Mohibullapur. I have seen sometimes more crowd from there than from Aishbagh or Lucknow City station; so it is not surprising they finally gave it a stop there. I think the Sitapur - Mumbai train also stops at Mohibullapur.

Yes, 12107/08 LTT ⇌ STP SF Express does have a scheduled halt @ MBP.

As, all regular trains of LJN / ASH - BBK route halt @ BNZ along with LJN or ASH.
Similarly, 12107/08 seems to be given halt @ MBP along with ASH.
And, adjoining areas of MBP and nearby Trans Gomti area of Lucknow are indeed served well by MBP.

Why is this train's name Gorakhpur Mailani and not Lucknow Mail? Because this is the true Lucknow Mail. I mean, which other train, remains in Lucknow area for 2+ hours and has SIX stops within the city. Even crawler express trains bound for Delhi somehow find their way out of the city either into Haryana or other place after 4,5 stops. But, SIX stops is mammoth.

I am going to file a request to the government to rename this train as the real Lucknow Mail. The train bound from Lucknow...
