1971: 3 Daily Passenger (one was later replaced by Saryu Exp. 4th train in attachment as MGS Passenger don't run via PBH-SLN-FD)

I wonder who chose the starting time at Mankapur for this train. Starting at this ungodly hour from a rather small station is stupid, IMO. Does anyone even board this train at source from here?
