If washroom is there what difference it makes then conventional coach. In future all passenger trains upto 200km will be converted to MEMU which have good acceleration and deceleration suitable for trains with more halts.

If it's a daily local train and has office duty going passenger
Then memu rake is Only better why do we need ICF rake it doesn't have proper ventilation,air system and big doors
PPL will cause chaos while boarding deboarding
