They stopped taking bookings for this train from November 15th. The South Western Railway (SWR) announced that they were converting it to LHB coaches, but then they changed their minds at the last minute and cancelled the conversion. Similarly, they also stopped bookings for both the VSG YPR express and VSG VLNK express from January 2024. However, SWR has now opened bookings again for the VSG YPR express with the old ICF coaches. This means that they must have been planning to convert it to LHB, but then they changed their minds. There is still a chance that the VSG VLNK express will be converted to LHB, but it might also get cancelled if the headquarters decides to give the LHB coaches to another train. All the VSG PNBE and VSG YPR trains were supposed to be converted to LHB coaches in the financial year 2022-23, but it hasn't happened yet. And in the financial year 2023-24, the VSG PNBE SF, VSG YPR express, and VSG VLNK express are still in the list for LHB conversion. As for the CC (Catering and Coach services), if the VSG VLNK express does get LHB coaches, then they will also standardize the CC. That's why they have suspended bookings.

इसी तरह जनवरी 2024 से VSG YPR एक्सप्रेस और VSG VLNK एक्सप्रेस की बुकिंग्स रोक दी गई थी लेकिन SWR ने VSG YPR एक्सप्रेस में पुरानी ICF CC के साथ बुकिंग्स फिर से शुरू कर दी है इसलिए अंदर से LHB कन्वर्जन की योजना हो सकती है लेकिन बाद में यह निर्णय वापस लिया गया है अब वीएसजी VLNK के पास अभी भी LHB कन्वर्जन की कुछ संभावनाएं हैं लेकिन यदि HQ उसे किसी और ट्रेन को देने का निर्णय लेती है तो फिर इसे भी रद्द किया जा सकता है।
इसके अलावा सभी VSG PNBE और VSG YPR SWR LHB कन्वर्जन सूची में थे FY 2022-23 की लेकिन अब तक LHBfied नहीं हुए हैं।
और फिर से FY 2023-24 में VSG PNBE SF, VSG YPR एक्सप्रेस और VSG VLNK एक्सप्रेस LHB कन्वर्जन सूची में हैं।
CC के संबंध में, यदि वास्को डी गामा विजयपुर सिटी VLNK एक्सप्रेस को LHB रेक मिलता है तो उसका CC भी स्पष्टीकरण होगा इसलिए उन्होंने बुकिंग्स रोक दी है।

The second pitline in VSG has been under construction since 2019, but it still hasn't been commissioned. That's why the VSG MAS express is still running up to UBL and the old pitline can only accommodate 20 LHB or 21.5 ICF coaches in length, so there is a CC restriction on VSG CDO trains. If it's ICF, there are 21 coaches, and if it's LHB, there are only 20.
And they always reject proposals from other zones like SC VSG dedicated trains, giving excuses of ghat constraints.
