jojohn2510~ 260 blog postseven the rajdhani that runs on this route has a loco change point but not this train, i don't understand why?
I travelled in 22654 in pre COVID time when it used to run with old TT and an eloco till brc.
Maybe the change in TT has a role in this.

yeah most likely and probably it has something to do with loco availability as well

This is something new to me - shifting of calendar days.
Probably, there was some revision in couple of trains happened sometime back, I am unable to recall..

Trains running thru Konkan Railway have changes between 10th June and 31st Oct for all trains. So they either start early or late depending on maintenance and turnaround time.
In non monsoon TT, 22653 departs at 00:25 on Saturdays.. During monsoon, preponed by 3 hrs.. So it would be Friday.. Thats the only change.
