He should do brother but not 250% but atleast 50% especially sleepers and general and scrap the rake standardisation idea with ideal composition with atleast 8 sleepers and 3 general 1 slr , 1 eog, 1-1ac, 2-2ac, 4-3ac and 2 3ace and for long distance trains 1 sleeper can be replaced with pantry

From one railway staff what I have got to know is while safety is definitely a top priority, the issue that is being faced across zones is railways are unable to take long maintenance blocks since so many trains are now running and any block taken disrupts the schedule for passengers. So many trains were introduced without infrastructure upgrade. Recently a planned block was planned to be taken in Mangalore Central as part of new pf commissioning. Blocks were planned but then cancelled at the last moment as the railways didn't want to disrupt train services keeping in mind passengers convenience.

Interlocking failure cannot lead to accident unless human do mistakes...These days pressure are so high that maintainers, supervisors uses shortcut...it is possible that after departure of 15232, point got failed and anyone gave the indication.
