The one which had to depart day before yesterday, departed yesterday around 18 hours delayed, has just reached ET and will reach JBP with a minimal delay of 25 hours.

Agreed but if Jabalpur people agree for Amritsar connection then it may be possible because a connection between Jabalpur and Amritsar doesn't exist either. Only Haryana/Punjab bound train from Jabalpur is 11449/JBP-SVDK. So this train is a good option for extension.
Ned-asr weekly is there but will be good to have a daily to asr on this route.
I know about that train but a weekly train is just next to none. A daily connection will be good to have.

This is probably the worse train between et and Delhi. Even cg is better than this.
