PEM-KIK line will take time to finish the line. Till now there is no work going on that line. Anyway if the work has completed, then it will change. And TVR is main connecting region. So we cannot remove that.
Can you plan with a delayed start from SBC? Timings in the intended section VRI-MV is not convenient. Say by Neyveli by 0400 and further.
