If tripling+ quadrupling is done then also only tripling to be updated.
Quadrupling is to be updated only when triple lines are commissioned.
There is no option to update tripling+ quadrupling as of now.

As per site guidelines Im saying.
Updating quadrupling means third line is commissioned.
Once both are completed together then update quadrupling ines directly.
