Your tl which u updated at 23:20 hrs is itself wrong and when the previous value is correct the wromg update gets voided. In case of monitors where auto tl confirmation takes place the updater or any one else may update in fresh entry as the value gets changed due to wrong update. But in case of non-monitors value doesnot get changed and the wrong update at first place attracts void.

It was to be voided. I tried not to at my end although. Kindly do a minor check before any update.
Further any change in Rake Construct must update past first run. It hasn't made it's run past cancellation along with no 2S booking allowed!!
And it will be better if you attach notification to support TL at first hand to get it instant confirmation rather than pushed to WL/Fixit (eg restoration WEF 1/2.10.2021)
