Fir wo spare Rake hi use hota hoga afternoon departure mein. Seemanchal was recently converted into CBC. Free coaches from its 3 rakes could be easily used in creating 4th Rake of Lichchivi to avoid delays from ANVT end, if 14005 arrives late. Lichchivi is faster than most SF trains between CNB-ANVT, and surprisingly equally fast as GKP HS (@70 kmph avg). So delay is obvious at ANVT.
That is just a speculation from my side, since RTI says 4 rakes and ICMS says 3 rakes.
