Five battery operated cars are available to ferry passengers on platforms at Secunderabad railway station. While the service is available for all, preference will be given to senior citizens, visually impaired, pregnant women and passengers with health issues. The unique battery operated car services, which will be available round-the-clock at a cost of Rs 45 per one passenger, can be availed through advance booking by calling a dedicated mobile number 88273-31111. These cars are spacious and can accommodate six passengers at a time with a huge luggage carrier on the roof. They have safety features such as automatic stoppage in case of electrical failures and availability of hand brake for emergency stoppage during technical snags. To ensure safety of the passengers who use the service, the cars are operated by professionally trained drivers, who are in touch with railway supervisors. Poor management at SC. Train was not shunted till 22:40. Finally train departed at 23:00.
All passengers got towel without even asking which was surprising.
Train was slightly delayed till NGP. No 130 action observed in the night.

I think Secundrabad west is in green line and east in blue line
Currently rapido is great relief in Hyderabad

U can find bus to any part of city from secunderabad except few parts of old city past charminar

If you miss buying Hyderabad famous Karachi Biscuits or Pulla Reddy Sweets when you are in city don’t worry. You can buy them on platform no.1 in food court and sold at MRP.
Earlier I used to carry them from respective shops and now no need to carry them all the way till station.

Secunderabad East Metro station is just few meters away from Secunderabad Railway Station. It is just near the Reservation Complex of SC. One can get different types of food near the station area. Food are very cheap compared to other places. You can get fruit juice freshly prepared for ₹10 and so on. Reservation Counter have token system and have good Queue Management System. Ola Parking spot is available. Bus terminus is just beside the general ticket booking counter of SC Railways. If one is in doubt about which bus to board from Railway Station for a particular destination just go and ask at the Enquiry Kiosk at the Bus Terminus, they will help you with the same. Railway Staffs are very polite and helpful.
