There's a new Amul Parlour opened near entrance over platform no : 01, just opposite ticket counter, which is open till 20:00 Hrs (08:00 PM) where many refreshment drinks & ice-creams can be easily available on MRP.

Also there's 'Tea Stall' over plaftorm no : 1-2 near FOB.

Reservations Ticketing Counter is over left side (when coming from Kharagpur side & right side while coming from Tatanagar)
Working hours are : 08:00 Hrs - 14:00 Hrs (Except National Holidays)
UTS Counters are just besides it & another over other side of railway lines, which normally opens up just before arrival of trains.
