Mumbai se chala kar Satna Jaithwara se hota hua Varanasi jaane wali Kamayani Express ki Jaithwara aur Hati station ke paas coupling khul gai thi, jisse engine ke aage badh jaane se hadkam macha. Platform aur train ke passengers ko jab iski khabar lagi, toh unhone immediately TTE aur other staff ko iski jaankari di. Kamayani Express raat ko Hati aur Jaithwara ke beech kilometer number 1195/05 par pahuchi hi thi ki gaadi mein lage power car ki coupling achanak khul gai aur pilot ko iski bhanak bhi nahi lagi. Train ke dibba kuchh dur chal kar aage ruk gaye. Train guard ko jab iski jaankari lagi toh usne turant pilot ko soochit kiya tab kahan jaakar engine ko peeche laakar coupling ko joda gaya.
