in the BARECA complex. The speeding car hit him near the cinema hall. He was critically injured. Following the accident, the driver abandoned the car and escaped. Local residents rushed Satish to the BARECA Central Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Satish was the youngest of five brothers and four sisters. Following the incident, Satish's elder brothers Ravi, Tedhu, Dinesh, Rakesh and his mother Durga Devi were inconsolable. The BARECA outpost in-charge of Manduadih police station, Satyam Tiwari, calmed the family members and took possession of the body. It was sent for a post-mortem.
