Yo, the Malda North MP Khagen Murmu was present at the 96th NFR ZRUCC Meeting. He dropped some requests to NFR for making connections and infra better. Here's the lowdown on the major asks:

A) FRESH RAILWAY VIBES:
They want a new Railway 🏟️ (stadium) in Harischandrapur, Samsi, Chanchal. Also, a new Reservation Counter in Chanchal, Old Malda. Don't forget about those new RUBs and ROBs in Malda Rural.

B) HALT WISHLIST:
They're looking into halts for Kanchenjunga exp at HCR & SM. The MP also asked for a stoppage for Agartala Rajdhani, Guwahati B'lore & Brahmaputra Mail but NFR said nah.

C) TRAIN STRETCH:
MPs from Malda and Katihar want to extend Rampurhat Jasidih pass Extension up to Katihar. They are also pushing to stretch Malda Town Sahibganj Passenger up to Katihar.

D) FRESH TRAIN VIBES:
They are considering new trains from Malda Court to Mumbai, Mathura. But ideas like a new train from Katihar to Kolkata and Malda Court to Chennai got a big no from NFR.
