I don't get it, Budgetary allowance given for KB Line, KA Line in ER for Doubling as posted in ERRF Group in FB. (Verification needed). ER is not running enough trains in Katwa-Ahmadpur Line, then why doubling sanctioned??

Has Khana-Rampurhat section MPS been upgraded above 110kmph ? I was on board of 4+hours late running 13174. According to Gps Speedometer it touched 120kmph.
