I think it should be void.
Coz it is a PRS ticket which cant be cancelled automatically after chart preparation.
So mostly the ticket has been cancelled before chart preparation.

wrong stamping is to change the stamping, take a Screen Shot of the PNR and post the same Screen Shot with "Stamping changed from this to that" . This will do the work.

Stamping is a part of admin work so it would be better if Admin forum is used for notifying the stamping changes.Posting the same in open forum may lead to more no. of involvement in the same matter which is not required at all.

If moderator sir wants to add something then he may unlock this entry but this then let this matter "REST IN PEACE" .
