Additionally, a 2.5-hour block was implemented from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM to raise the height of the 132 kV high-tension power line between Tapri and Manani near Saharanpur. During this block, train 04421 was operated from Delhi to Shamli. The Rishikesh-Haridwar Delhi passenger train (14306) was also affected and had to be halted intermittently. The underpass construction at gate number 110 near Loni and Khekda led to delays for passengers, who resorted to road transportation to reach their destinations.

Is block ke time, train 04421 ko Delhi se Shamli tak chalaaya gaya. Rishikesh-Haridwar Delhi passenger train (14306) ko bhi beech-beech mein rokna pada. Loni aur Khekda ke paas gate number 110 pe underpass banne se, passengers ko trains ke intezaar mein bethena pada. Train cancel hone ki news pe, passengers road transport ki buses mein apne destination ki taraf chale gaye.
