Indian public has already LOST BILLIONS of rupee by investing in IPO of many GOVT OWNED PSUs...NHPC, GIC, MOIL & SVJNL are some of the IPOs in past where investors have incurred huge losses...
Very few IPOs of PSU have given some returns & it seems Govt Agencies ( here our own beloved Railways) are not at all happy by giving some benefit to the public, which anyway have been fooled by most of the Govt & Corporate companies in the name of IPO...

Jinko profit chahiye tha opening bid le ke ek din me hi 85/- per unit kama ke nikal liye ki aage pata na kya ho...kyuki past me saare PSU ke shares ne long term me bas loss hi karaya hai...
