This railway budget practice was nothing but a budget to fulfill MP's demands for their votebank politics.. good that its out of the way..
Yup now no one can criticise/question the RM in the parliament for favouring his region...
Scrapping railway budget won't influence the political decisions and favourin MPs ? I doubt so because now, it will be used as a tool where required as per situation.
