on JVLR will be redirected to the Northbound lane until NSG Camp, and then switched back to the Southbound lane. These traffic changes are expected to facilitate the construction of the 14.10-km Metro Line 6, which runs parallel to Jogeshwari Vikhroli junction and connects Swami Samarth Nagar to Vikhroli. The demolition of 45 structures along JVLR last November, undertaken by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), aims to accelerate the project and alleviate traffic congestion.
