Despite the incident happening on the station platform, no one intervened. The manager fears for his life and the safety of his vendors due to the lack of action from authorities despite reporting the incident to the Railway Minister, PM Modi, and senior officials. The attackers have been identified as one Sitaram Tomar.

vendors ko maar pitayi ki. Manager apne vendors ke sath train mein legally khaana bech raha tha jab yeh vendors uspe hamla kar diye. Unhone yeh bhi dhamki di ki station pe unki dukaan se kuch bhi nahi bechne diya jaayega. Unhone manager aur uske vendors ko bura anjaam bhogne ki dhamki bhi di. Platform pe yeh sab hota raha, par koi bhi manager aur uske vendors ko bachane nahi aaya. Manager ko apni aur apne vendors ki jaan ko khatra hai aur authorities se koi action nahin liya ja raha hai, despite reporting the incident to the Railway Minister, PM Modi, aur senior officials.
