run at a speed of 110 kilometers per hour on the Jhansi route. Currently, about 100 trains run at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour on this route. The trains affected by this speed increase include the Sitapur Mumbai LTT Superfast Express 12108, Gorakhpur-Mumbai LTT Superfast Express 20104, Kushinagar Superfast Express 22537, and Pushpak Superfast Express 12533. These trains travel from Kanpur to Mumbai via Bhimsen station and further on the Jhansi route. The ADRM Infrastructure inspected the railway track and discussed the issue with railway officers and engineers. ACM Santosh Tripathi confirmed that the train speed on the Bhimsen-Jhansi route has been increased to 110 kilometers per hour, from the previous speed of 100 kilometers per hour. In other news, the Chhapra Mathura Express 22531/22532 has been canceled on March 15th due to non-interlocking work being carried out for automatic signaling on the Gorakhpur-Gonda section. Additionally, five trains will be rerouted and will pass through Kanpur Central station on their way to their respective destinations. The Barouni New Delhi Express 02563 will run from Chhapra station to Kanpur Central via Ghazipur City, Varanasi, Banaras, and Prayagraj on Mondays and Tuesdays. On Sundays and Mondays, the New Delhi Barouni Express 02564 will run from Kanpur Central to Chhapra via Prayagraj, Banaras, Varanasi, and Ghazipur City.
