New new coaches are comming in IR but due to poor maintainance coaches r getting damaged specially the toilets, interiors very soon in few years. Toilets r very bad in almost most zone coaches. Tenders of crores r called by zones for toilets cleaning and interior cleaning of coaches, but due to lack of proper supervision of high rail officials, proper cleaning is not done at all. Passenger r also responsible, but lack of maintainance by railways is also responsible.
