Old BNR days .... Basically Adra Dhn will lead the coal Department and Ckp , Bsp , ngp lead the Iron ore department.
If DHN, CKP, ADRA, RNC will come together then only Freight trains will run and passengers will have to travel in Freight trains.
According to me, KGP, ADRA, RNC, DHN must come together to make a balance of passenger and freight trains. Add present left out CKP Division (after removing ROU and Orissa areas) to RNC Division.

Then we have to add left over ckp div in Adra and Rnc div simultaneously.
