Mumbai-KNW/BD same crew?? IGP will remain Hub coz of Bankers @ Kasara & this propel Mumbai bound trains to get CC @ IGP!! Mumbai-BSL (not KNW/BD) single crew (ET/BD Route) could be possible only with Push-Pull Loco (& for select trains), but hardly 10 mins speed up towards Mumbai will not make any difference for CC (Crew Change)!! Crawlers @ 45-60?

Your search is fine. Now do a reverse search -- KNW-IGP and BD-IGP. The lower range I mentioned will come into play. IGP may remain just for bankers, something like LNL. Yes, the single crew up to KNW/BD will begin in some trains while for others that don't halt there or are slow, it could be up to BSL. It has been a work in progress for years now, after Mumbai div. converted to AC traction. It is the lobbies/unions that are aggressively opposing it.
Crew change @ KNW/BD isnt gonna happen (even if feasible) as BSL exist perfectly for CC (acts as center for both NGP & BPL)!! Further, train need to get 90 kmph avg in CSMT-KNW to cover in 6-7 hrs for CC (impossible without 150/160 MPS) & 75 in CSMT-BD (130 MPS)!!
KNW/BD isnt CC point, even when CC @ IGP creates route possibility!!
LTT-BSL-JHS-NDLS & LTT-BSL-NGP will remain CC even with IGP stop or Push-Pull!!
