Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Sitamarhi, Dhanbad, and Gomoh. A total of ₹54.4 lakh was collected in fines from these individuals. The Dhanbad division alone saw the apprehension of 920 passengers, resulting in the collection of ₹4.32 lakh in fines.
