Passengers travelling between Varanasi and Gorakhpur, using stations like Aunrihar, Bhatni, Bhatpar Rani, Lar and Belthara Road, will face inconvenience. Trains like 15129/30 Varanasi City-Gorakhpur Express (both up and down), the unreserved special train between Banaras and Bhatni, 12538/37 Prayagraj Rambag-Muzaffarpur Express, and 15104/03 Banaras-Gorakhpur Express will be cancelled. The 15008 Lucknow Junction-Varanasi City Express will terminate at Gorakhpur on June 25th and 26th, and the 15007 Varanasi City-Lucknow Junction Express will depart from Gorakhpur on June 26th and 27th. This will lead to the cancellation of these trains between Gorakhpur and Varanasi City. The 14005 Sitamarhi-Anand Vihar Terminal Express will be rerouted via Chhapra-Faifna-Mau on June 25th, 26th, and 27th, skipping several stations. The 14006 Anand Vihar Terminal-Sitamarhi Express will be rerouted via Mau-Faifna-Chhapra on June 26th. The 15049 Kolkata-Gorakhpur Express will run via Chhapra-Siwan-Bhatni. The 11060 Chhapra-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express will run via Chhapra-Faifna-Mau on June 27th. The departure time of the 19092 Gorakhpur-Bandra Terminus Express will be delayed by 120 minutes on June 25th, and the 15004 Gorakhpur-Kanpur Anwarganj Express will be delayed by 90 minutes on June 25th. The 05148 Varanasi City-Bhatni Passenger train will be delayed by 100 minutes on June 27th. The 19489 Ahmedabad-Gorakhpur Express will have a controlled speed for 35 minutes on June 23rd and 25th. The 15022 Gorakhpur-Shalimar Express will have a controlled speed for 40 minutes on June 24th. The Chhapra Kacheri-Mau Passenger train will have a controlled speed for 30 minutes on June 24th. Despite the official cancellation of the 15017 LTT-Gorakhpur Kashi Express on the NTES website, the train operated from Varanasi Cantt. This discrepancy has raised concerns among passengers.
