Ek senior railway official ne Vinay Yadav aur unke family ko, jinhe problem aayi thi, help ki offer ki, unhe Chennai Central se Shalimar jaane wali Coromandel Express (Train No. 12842) mein tickets book karne ki arrangement ki, jo 12 June ko chali, aur emergency quota mein berths confirm karne mein help ki. Chennai Division ke Division Railway Manager ne overcrowding ke liye festival holiday ko blame kiya aur kaha ki dono trains mein Sleeper Class coaches ki number badha di gayi hai, isse problem solve ho jayegi.
