raha hai, par agar non-AC passengers ka badhni AC passengers se kam hota hai, toh non-AC coaches mein overcrowding ho sakta hai. AC travel ki affordability bhi ek chinta hai, kyunki yeh economy mein income growth pe depend karta hai. Agar incomes ticket prices ke saath nahi badhti hain, toh passengers ko sasta coaches mein travel karna padega, jisse overcrowding ho sakta hai. Isme yeh bhi dikkat hai ki railways non-AC coaches ke ticket prices bahut zyada nahi badha sakta, kyunki economic aur political reasons hain. Railways ke liye challenge hai ki wo zyada value-added services dena aur saare passengers ke liye affordability bhi ensure karne.
