The return journey from Ayodhya to Patna departs at 3:20 PM and arrives at 11:45 PM. The train operates six days a week, with maintenance scheduled for Tuesdays. The Vande Bharat Express allows for easier travel to Kashi (Varanasi) and Ayodhya from both capitals. The train's maximum speed is 130 km per hour, however, it encountered slower speeds during its journey between DDU and Varanasi. Cleaning of the train at Gomtinagar station was completed within 14 minutes, allowing for timely departures for the return trip.
