In the past month, 9 employees have lost their lives in accidents involving trains across the country. They demanded a fixed roster for all employees, immediate payment of risk and hardship allowance, and the filling of all vacant positions.

Speakers ne bataya ki S&T department ke employees ke paas koi defined work hours nahi hai, jisse unhe mental stress hota hai. Last month, 9 employees ne train accident mein apni jaan gai hai. Unhone sabhi employees ke liye fixed roster, risk aur hardship allowance ka immediate payment, aur sabhi vacant positions ko jaldi se jaldi bharne ki maang ki.
