Committee ne bahut saare saal purane demands ki baat ki, jaise ki aise project complete karna jo passengers ke liye faydemand honge. Committee ke members ne bataya ki kuchh project toh bina railway ke kharche ke complete ho sakte the, agar samay par action liya gaya hota. Memorandum mein yeh sab demands likhi thi, jiska maksad passengers ki mushkilon ko kam karna aur railway service ko behtar banana tha.
