To accommodate the anticipated large crowds during the 47th International Kolkata Book Fair (held from January 18th to 31st), both the Kolkata Metro Railway and private bus operators are implementing additional services. Private bus operators will also deploy additional buses from various points to the book fair venue, operating until late evening hours. A full fleet of buses, excluding those requiring maintenance, will be in operation, unlike on regular Sundays when only 50% of buses are typically deployed.

tak. Sunday (21 aur 28 January) ko, Green Line pe 12:55 PM se 8 PM tak 80 services chalayenge. Private bus operators bhi book fair venue tak jaane ke liye different points se extra buses chalayenge, raat late tak. Maintenance wala buses ke sivaay, saare buses chalayenge, regular Sunday ke jaise, jab sirf 50% buses chalte hain.
